1. What's the difference between repairpath.com and vehicle service manuals?
Though repairpath.com may contain information derived from vehicle service manuals, it does not take the place of manufacturer recommended vehicle service manuals.
2. What are Access Codes?
Access Codes grant users free access to a portion of the information. If you recently bought a tool, check the packaging for a repairpath.com sticker. If you see a sticker, then your tool came with free access to our site. Inside the packaging you will find a card with your Access Code on it. Keep your eyes peeled for the Access Code in newsletters, advertisements, etc.
3. Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes. From the "Profile" page, simply click the "Add Vehicle" button and select your vehicle. When you log on you will start at the "Profile" page, or if you are already logged on, select "Profile" at the top of the screen. Each additional vehicle is on a subscription basis.
4. How long is my access code valid?
30 days after activation, unless otherwise stated.
5. Are all modules available for all vehicles?
If you go to repairpath.com's vehicle selection in the “Register” section, you will see that it is very extensive. Our information library is complete for most vehicles listed, but there are certain vehicles which do not have as many information modules. After the vehicle selection, the website will display the modules available for your vehicle. Please be sure that the modules you need are listed before completing the registration.
